Miami Dade College's (MDC) Lady Sharks displayed impressive skill and determination as they defeated the Daytona State Falcons in an exhilarating State Tournament Semifinal match. The Lady Sharks emerged victorious in four sets, with a final score of 25-8, 25-15, 21-25, 25-22.

The Lady Sharks showcased their dominance on the court, tallying an incredible 62 kills with a hitting percentage of .308. Additionally, they exhibited exceptional defensive prowess with 76 digs, 11 blocks, and five aces throughout the match.

Leading the charge for MDC was Ana Tevdoradze, who dazzled with 22 kills and an impressive hitting percentage of .346. Tevdoradze's contributions were not limited to offense, as she also displayed her defensive capabilities with 13 digs, one ace, and one block.
