The Miami Dade College (MDC) Sharks women's volleyball team continued to make waves as they dominated the court against the Hillsborough Community College Hawks, securing a resounding victory in three thrilling sets. The final scores tell the tale of the Sharks' excellent performance: 25-17, 25-17, 28-26.

The Sharks showcased their exceptional skills throughout the match, delivering an impressive showing with 46 kills and an outstanding hitting percentage of .337. The team's relentless defense led to 46 digs, five blocks, and eight aces, further solidifying their dominance.

Several players stood out with stellar individual performances. Katielle Altagracia Alonzo Vargas was a force to be reckoned with, recording 14 kills with a remarkable hitting percentage of .393, in addition to nine digs and one block. Ana Tevdoradze was also significantly impacted, with 11 kills, six digs, and one ace.

Beatrice Carulli and Esthefany Rabit exhibited impressive hitting prowess, boasting the highest hitting percentages for the Sharks. Carulli racked up eight kills with a hitting percentage of .462, while Rabit contributed five kills with a remarkable hitting percentage of .625.
