Kiara enters her 15^th  year as a Volunteer Assistant to the Women's Basketball Program

Kiara has served the Miami Dade College community in multiple roles. She has served as a Testing Proctor, and then Test Examiner at Kendall Campus for over 11 years. 

Most recently she joined the campus fulll-time as a Pre-College Advisor in Student Services/Recruitment at Kendall Campus.

Her dedication and commitment to the women's basketball program, the college, and student success as a volunteer has been instrumental in their success. She is an important component of the winning tradition, and positive culture developed over the years. In addition to her numerous trips to the FSCAA State Regional Women's Basketball Championships, she has assisted with all phases of program operations as needed, video and film break down, supervising academic study table, practice and game operations, scouting, and any other administrative task as needed.

Kiara Redman "Coach K" as the players call her respectfully, is from Miami, Florida. She is a graduate of Miami Dade College with her Associate in Arts Degree. In addition, she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida International University, graduating, cum laude.
