Miami Dade College Lady Sharks Show Grit in FSW Classic Despite Defeat

The Miami Dade College (MDC) Lady Sharks faced a challenging matchup in their second game of the FSW Classic, where they engaged in a fierce battle against the Chipola College Indians. The game concluded with a final score of 57-86, marking a hard-fought contest that showcased the Lady Sharks' resilience and determination on the court.

In a display of athleticism and teamwork, the Lady Sharks secured a notable total of 51 rebounds, ten steals, and seven assists during the game. Despite the scoreboard, the statistics underscore the team's commitment to giving their best effort in every aspect of the game.

Shameir Quimby emerged as a standout player, leading the Lady Sharks in points with an impressive 13 points. Quimby's dynamic performance included seven rebounds, three assists, and blocks, showcasing her versatility and impact on both ends of the court. Tayler-Dae Walker and Madison Snowden contributed ten points each, demonstrating the depth of talent within the Lady Sharks' roster.
