The Miami Dade College (MDC)Lady Sharks basketball team showcased their talent and determination as they took on the reigning National Champion-Northwest Florida State College Raiders in an electrifying match during the NWF Classic. Despite their best efforts, the Lady Sharks could not secure a victory , with the final score at 35-80 in favor of the Raiders.

The Lady Sharks fought bravely on the court, demonstrating their skills and teamwork. Despite the outcome, the team showcased their perseverance throughout the game, never backing down from the challenges posed by the Raiders.

Key players for the Lady Sharks during this game included Iva Cholakoska. Cholakoska displayed great tenacity, contributing a remarkable ten points while also making her presence felt with one rebound, assist, and steal. Her performance added significant energy to the team's efforts.
