The Miami Dade Sharks men's basketball lost to Hillsborough Community College 65-67 Monday evening. The Sharks are now 15-14 with the loss. The Sharks will now have to play the Hawks once again tomorrow night to clinch a spot in the FCSAA Tournament.

Sophomore John Latimer led the Sharks in this one pouring in 26 points on 9/18 shooting from the field. Big man Alaaeddine Boutayeb would score 9 points this game and bring down an exceptional 16 rebounds. The effort wouldn't be enough as the Hawks would be powered by Dominic Gooden and Jaden Ezomo.

Gooden would score 19 points on 8/26 shooting and Ezomo would score 17 on 6/11 from the field. A putback with less than a second left on the gameclock was the dagger that put the Sharks away. 

The Sharks will play tomorrow night against Hillsborough Community College, at Eastern Florida State College. The game is slated for 5:00 PM
