Sophomore guard John Latimer of the Miami Dade Sharks men's basketball team was named a 2023-24 FCSAA Citrus All-Conference First Team recipient, as announced by the FCSAA on Friday afternoon. 

Latimer, a guard out of Orlando, led the Sharks this year with 17.5 points per game, while bringing down 3.7 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game. John would be the offensive leader for the Sharks scoring in double digits in all but one of the games he participated in.

John's best performance this year came in a 102-66 victory over Elgin Community College where he poured in 31 points, brought down 6 rebounds and snatched 5 steals.
