Miami Dade loses by 12 to Florida Southwestern

The Miami Dade Sharks men's basketball team fell to #24 ranked Florida Southwestern State College 74-64, Thursday afternoon. The Sharks drop to 14-14 while the Buccaneers move to 22-6. 

Esteban Lluberes would lead the Sharks with 17 points while racking up 3 assists. Hassan Belkhaddar would follow up with 13 points, 4 rebounds and 4 steals but it would not be enough to stop the Buccaneers attack. Tyrone Baker would lead Florida Southwestern with 23 points and 11 rebounds while, Dezdrick Lindsay would pour in 19 of his own. 

The Bucs would shoot 58% from the field compared to the Sharks 35% and would outrebound them on the glass 37 to 22. 

The Sharks will look to bounce back Saturday when they take on Santa Fe College at noon.
