MDC Men's Basketball Team Delivers Impressive Victory in FSW Classic

On Friday, December 8, the Miami Dade College (MDC) Men's Basketball team set the stage for an exhilarating FSW Classic with a resounding triumph over the Elgin Community College Spartans, solidifying their dominance on the court. The Sharks emerged victorious with a final score of 103-66, showcasing the team's exceptional skill and unwavering determination.

The game was a true spectacle of athleticism and teamwork, as the MDC Sharks demonstrated their prowess through 52 rebounds, 14 assists, 14 steals, and four blocks. Leading the charge with an outstanding performance, John Latimer showcased his scoring ability by contributing a staggering total of 31 points, accompanied by six rebounds, five steals, and one assist. Another standout player was Jamaal Morris, who made a significant impact with 16 points, seven rebounds, two assists, and one steal.
