The Miami Dade Sharks Baseball team continued their winning ways getting off to a 2-0 start after a high scoring affair vs Indian River State College.

Horacio Cruz got the start in today's matchup, tossing 3 innings, striking out 6 while allowing 1 run.

The Sharks offense was hot in this one with the Sharks recording 5 extra base hits and 7 different guys recording multiple runs batted in. Miami Dade showed exceptional discipline at the plate recording 9 walks.

Miami Dade will look to win its third game in a row when they take on Gulf Coast State College on Sunday.
