Miami Dade Athletics welcomed Milena Molina as its Director of Business Affairs in 2025. In her role, Molina oversees the department’s budgeting, billing, and administrative operations while working closely with coaches, staff, and campus leadership to support the success of the student-athletes.

Molina joined MDC Athletics after serving as Secretary to the Campus President at Miami Dade College, where she managed executive scheduling, coordinated campus-wide initiatives, and worked with community leaders on key projects. She previously held an administrative role at Everglades University, gaining extensive experience in financial oversight, student services, and event coordination.

Milena earned her Associate in Arts in Speech Pathology & Audiology from Miami Dade in 2022 before continuing her education at Florida International University, where she completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in December 2024.

With her detailed-oriented approach and passion for serving students, Cabrales plays a vital role in advancing the mission of MDC Athletics and supporting the academic and athletic development of its student-athletes.
