Miami Dade College Lady Sharks concluded a successful weekend at the FCSAA State Tournament in Jacksonville, Florida. The Sharks went 4-0 winning the State title over Hillsborough Community College in the championship match with a final score of 3-1. 

In the process the Sharks defeated tournament host Florida State College at Jacksonville (3-1), Hillsborough Community College(3-0) in group play , and Polk State College (3-1) in the semi finals.  

The Sharks will now advance to the FCSAA District Tournament hosted by College of Central Florida located in Ocala, FL where the sharks will look to punch their ticket to the NJCAA Div I National tournament in Hutchinson, Kansas.
