Your Miami Dade College Sharks were eliminated from the FCSAA State Tournament on Friday, March 6 in Niceville, Florida. The Sharks had a tough loss vs the 2019 National Champions Gulf Coast State College were the semi final match ended with a final score of 71-64 in favor of the Commodores.

The Lady Sharks opened up the State Tournament as #2 seed from the Southern Conference to face the #1 seed of the Mid-Florida Conference Santa Fe College. In the quarterfinal match the Sharks edged over the Saints 87-82, where Liberty University Commit Sophomore Daliyah Brown had a double-double with 41 points and 14 rebounds. 

Daliyah Brown who currently holds the #1 spot as the best Free throw shooter in the country- Daliyah Brown shooting 326-414 with a 78.7 percentage.

The Lady Sharks concluded their 2019-20 season 20-12 overall and 7-5 in conference play. With many stand out players as well:
