The Miami Dade Sharks softball team dropped their third straight game to the Santa Fe Saints 8-0. The Sharks drop to 19-31 on the year.
Santa Fe College were the first to get on the board in the first when Juliann Smith singled, driving in one run.
A single by Madi Conway extended the Santa Fe College lead to 4-0 in the bottom of the second inning.
Santa Fe College added two runs in the third after a single up the middle by Aliana Mercado.
Aimi Tohara took the loss for Miami Dade College. The right hander went four and one-third innings, giving up eight runs (four earned) on ten hits, striking out one and walking four.
Miami Dade will look to pull out a victory in the last game of the season at 2 PM against the Saints.
