Miami Dade shutout in Game 2 against Seminole State

The Miami Dade Sharks baseball team was shutout in Game 2 of the 3 game set against Seminole State College of Florida. The Sharks drop to 10-9 with the loss.

This game was all Raiders as they outhit Miami Dade 14-3 and scored 11 runs.

Seminole State opened the scoring in the first after Ramirez singled, driving in a run.

A single by Irigoyen extended the Seminole lead to 2-0 in the top of the third inning.

The Radiers scored five runs on five hits in the top of the fifth inning. Gomez hit a solo home run to right field, Pepe singled, scoring two runs, and an error by the Sharks allow two runs in.

Alex Rosario took the loss for Miami Dade College Baseball. He went three and one-third innings, surrendering six runs, one earned on nine hits, striking out five and walking none. 

The Sharks will look to bounce back in the last game of the series against the Raiders shortly.
